WEST HAVEN, CT – Enthone said it has acquired select IP and other assets of Texas-based A Brite Co. The move expands both companies’ market presence throughout the southern US and Mexico.
The agreement, signed Mar. 1, also includes mutually beneficial support opportunities for both companies. Terms were not disclosed.
Enthone, a business of Cookson Electronics, supplies specialty chemicals and coatings such as solder mask for printed circuit boards. A Brite manufactures and sells proprietary chemicals and environmental chemistry.
