LAKE FOREST, CA -- Printed circuit board materials distributor Insulectro has named Jason Marsh vice president of product management and promoted his predecessor to VP of business development.

A former Kyocera executive, Marsh replaces Ken Parent, who becomes vice president of business development. Marsh had been with Kyocera (formerly Tycom) since 1999 as director of R&D engineering, and spent five years in China as director of Asia operations/general manager of Kyocera Tycom ZH. He has a bachelor's in mechanical engineering/materials science from Stanford University.

Parent, a 12-year veteran of Insulectro, has been in the PCB industry for over 30 years at Lockheed Martin, Morton International and Rohm and Haas.

YAVNE, ISRAEL -- Orbotech lowered its full-year revenue guidance by some 10% to 14% even while the AOI maker struggles to contain accusations that it sold customers' secrets to competitors.
