SUNNYVALE, CA – Synopsys has officially completed its acquisition of Ansys, finalizing a deal first announced in January of last year. The move combines Synopsys’ strengths in silicon design and IP with Ansys’ system simulation capabilities, positioning the company to address a market now estimated at $31 billion.

SAN FRANCISCO – AllSpice.io, a leading hardware development collaboration platform, announced it has raised $15 million in a Series A round led by Rethink Impact, with participation from L'ATTITUDE Ventures, GingerBread Capital, DNX Ventures and existing investors. This brings AllSpice's total funding to $25 million.
