ST. LOUISViasystems Group reported second-quarter sales of $239.4 million doubled compared to the same quarter last year, boosted by organic growth and the company’s acquisition of rival Merix in February.

BLOOMINGTON, MN --  Flex circuits manufacturer All Flex has completed a “significant” expansion, including capital equipment improvements and facility upgrades.

The printed circuit board fabricator has added equipment for wet processing, imaging, lamination and other process areas. It also increased the building footprint.

"The capital upgrade turned out better than expected. Along with increasing capacity, which was the original goal, we streamlined even more processes and greatly enhanced the overall look of the facility," said Kai Warnock, vice president and operations manager, in a press release.
