ATLANTA -- The Valor division of Mentor Graphics will chat about replacing Gerber with ODB++ for data transfer and the launch of a group dedicated to promoting the ODB++ format, UP Media Group announced today. The chat takes place March 26, from 2 to 3 pm EST. Also on tap: EMS marketing and management expert Susan Mucha will moderate a chat on EMS program management and strategies for growing accounts. Mucha, founder of Powell-Mucha Consulting Inc., provides strategic planning support, training, organizational analysis and market positioning strategy development to EMS providers. She is a former executive at SCI Systems, Flextronics and Elamex, and helped develop the IPC EMS Program Management Certification Program curriculum and teaches its Introduction to Program Management course. She is also the author of Find It. Book It. Grow It. A Robust For Account Acquisition in the Electronics Manufacturing Services Industry. Mucha's chat takes place March 28 from 2 to 3 pm EST at PCB Chat. Chats are moderated question/answer sessions on PCB design, fabrication and assembly. All chats are free.
