CHANDLER, AZ – Top PCB laminates maker Isola Group has filed a registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission for an initial public offering of its ordinary shares.

The company expects to sell up to an estimated $100 million worth of stock. It plans to use the proceeds to repay debt.

Isola reported $612 million in revenue in 2010, up 47% year-over-year. The company swung to a profit of $5.1 million.

The company manufactures copper-clad laminates and prepregs for printed circuit boards.
