SANTA ANA, CA – TTM Technologies has completed its acquisition of Meadville Holdings’ PCB businesses.

The combination creates one of the largest PCB manufacturers in the world, with 2008 revenue of $1.35 billion.

TTM, the largest North American PCB manufacturer, said it would provide more financial and operational information when it announces first-quarter 2010 results.

Meadville Holdings provides double-sided and multilayer PCBs, HDI PCBs and IC substrates. The company gives TTM a large footprint in Southeastern Asia to go with its existing plants in North America.
