HELSINKI – Incap estimates that its 2023 revenue will be €210 million to €220 million ($221.4 million to $232 million), or lower than previously anticipated for the year.

The company also forecasts EBIT of €24 million to €28 million ($25.3 million to $29.5 million), which includes the newly acquired Incap US (Pennatronics).

The lower operating profit estimate is due to Incap’s largest customer’s updated sales forecast. The customer’s destocking will take longer than expected, the company said.

In April, Incap estimated its revenue and operating profit (EBIT) to be lower in 2023 than in 2022.

The estimates are given provided that unexpected events impacting Incap’s business environment do not occur, for example, in the availability of components.
