HAMPSTEAD, NH ― NCAB Group plans to open additional divisions in key regions throughout North America this year, the company said today. 

A major distriobutor of printed circuit boards, the Sweden-based company has operations in New Hampshire and Chicago, thanks to previous acquisitions.  

NCAB acquired M-Wave in Chicago a year ago, and PD Circuits in 2012.

"The synergies between the companies have forged a foundation for continued growth and expansion into the US market," the company said.

Bob Duke, managing director for the Chicago division stated, “The benefits that we had anticipated, such as increased purchasing power and additional resources, have helped us provide even greater value to our customers.”

NCAB has annual sales of more than $113 million and sites in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Russia, Germany, Poland, UK, Spain, France, Macedonia, China and the US.
