Employs novel drum direct imaging for material handling and high-speed imaging; delivers fine-line structure and uniformity enabled by continuous exposure and high depth-of-focus with large scan optics technology; is compatible with range of resists and processes enabled by simultaneous multiwave exposure; offers max. efficiency and cleanliness as one-box, minimal footprint solution with intuitive, user-friendly GUI. Handles rolls up to 50m long, and can process up to 2,700m/24 hr. Is capable of 10/15 microns lines and spaces, with +/10 micron accuracy. Has option for roll widths of 260mm and up to 520mm. Footprint is 3.4m x 2m.
