FRANKFURT -- Germany's indigenous printed circuit board market is expected to grow 4.2% to EUR 1.4 billion ($1.81 billion) this year, according to a local trade group.

The forecast comes on the heels of last year's 4% climb, says ZVEI.

The domestic market will lag the worldwide market, ZVEI says, which is forecast to grow 6%, largely on the backs of Taiwan-based producers.
