SAN JOSE, CA â€“ Sanmina reported yearly revenue of $8.1 billion, a 7.4% increase over the prior year. Cash flow from operations for the year totaled $621 million, with free cash flow of $478 million.

Fourth quarter revenue was $2.1 billion. Cash flow from operations in the fourth quarter was $199 million, and cash and cash equivalents at quarter end were $926 million.

Chairman and CEO Jure Sola said continued demand in communications networks and cloud and AI infrastructure supported quarterly and full-year performance. For fiscal 2026, Sanmina expects growth driven by new and existing customers and cited the acquisition of ZT Systems as expanding scale and capabilities for cloud and AI markets.

For the fiscal first quarter of 2026 ending December 27, the company expects revenue between $2.9 billion and $3.2 billion.
