TOKYO -- Japan's sales of rigid printed circuit boards rose nearly 12% sequentially in September on a 90-day moving average.
Sales of flex circuits were down almost 10%, and HDI substrates were down 7%, lowering overall PCB growth from August to about 4%.
Year to date sales at Japanese PCB fabricators are down 1.27 year-over-year through September.
