JINZHAI COUNTY, ANHUI PROVINCE, CHINA - Goldenmax International Technology plans to invest 500 million yuan ($81.4 million) to build a printed circuit board factory at the Modern Industrial Park in Jinzhai County.

The new site will have an initial annual production capacity of 2 million sq. m of boards, ramping to 6 million sq. m when fully functional. 

The company plans to start construction in 2014, with production coming online within 12 months. 

Annual net profits of about $ 50 million are expected from the site, the firm said in a filing.

The site will be known as Anhui Jinhui Technology Ltd.
