MELVILLE, NY – Park Electrochemical Corp. reported net sales of $38.2 million for the fourth quarter ended Mar. 2, down 10.6% year-over-year.

The PCB laminate maker reported net earnings before special items of $4.4 million for the fourth quarter, down 3.5% year-over-year.

Net sales for the fiscal year ended Mar. 2 were $165.8 million, down 6% compared to fiscal 2013.

For the fiscal year, Park reported net earnings before special items of $20.2 million, down 0.72% compared to fiscal 2013.

Park Electrochemical develops and manufactures digital and RF/microwave printed circuit materials.
