TAIPEI -- Foxconn Electronics (Hon Hai) reported consolidated revenues rose 13.2% year-over-year to NT$382.6 billion ($13 billion) in October. Revenue was up 13.3% sequentially on higher demand for new iPhones and the iPad Air PC, the company said.

Year to date, sales remain below the company's record 2012 numbers, down 3.18%.

The revenue includes sales from Zhen Ding Technology Holdings, a Foxconn subsidiary and one of the largest bare board fabricators in the world.

Separately, the company said it would consider investing in a site in Arizona following a state visit by Gov. Janice Brewer.
