LARGO, FL -- Epec Engineered Technologies has acquired Suncoast Digital Technologies for an undisclosed sum, the companies announced today.

Suncoast was founded 22 years ago and is a supplier of user interface keyboard assemblies. Epec plans to move some manufacturing from its New Bedford, MA, site to the facility in Largo. No staffing changes are expected.

The deal is the latest in a long series of acquisition by Epec, a maker of printed circuit boards, cable assemblies and other electronics products.
