AURORA, CO -- Advanced Circuits is building over 300 unique printed circuit board orders per day, a partner at the manufacturer's parent company says, a number that could rise if the company continues to buy competitors.
The partner, Dave Swanson, added on a June 12 conference call that the PCB fabricator has returned approximately $30 million of EBITDA the past couple of years, with margins of 35% to 40% EBITDA.
Advanced Circuits focuses primarily on quickturn and prototypes, with a low customer concentration (large customers make up less than 2% of sales). The firm is said to be the market share leader for prototype in the US.
Sawnson suggested the company may continue to acquire other quickturn shops. "We have done several add-on acquisitions in the last couple of years that have been successfully integrated, and we think that's one of many growth opportunities for Advanced Circuits in the future."
