GUTENBACH, GERMANY-- Rena today announced changes to the corporate structure of its Hoellmueller subsidiary, including the launch of a new business segment.

As part of the restructuring, Rena will integrate SH+E Group, which develops clean and wastewater treatment equipment, into Hoellmueller. The group now designs and builds all the company's printed circuit board (PCB) wet processing (developing, etching, stripping, desmear, PTH, electroplating) equipment and cleaning equipment.

Also, Hoellmueller named Dr. Christian Peter director of sales, Jaeho Shin head of sales Asia, and Frank Baron and Govert Beurskens to head product management and technical sales, respectively. 

Rena acquired Hoellmueller in 2007.
