BEAVERTON, OR -- Polar Instruments has purchased the calibration and hardware product sales operation from its former distributor and will now offer a single point of sales, service, spares and support for all software and equipment customers.

Effective Oct. 1, all North American sales service, repair and instrument calibration, will be handled by Polar Instruments instead of Electro Venture the company said.

“The consolidation of the sales, service, spares and support into a single office reinforces Polar Instrument’s commitment to our customers throughout the USA, Canada and Mexico,” said Polar chief executive Martyn Gaudion.

“This change will facilitate dialogue between Polar and our customers to provide feedback on our products as well as to share their thoughts about the direction that future products will take," added Cheryl Prochaska, manager of North American sales. "Constant communication between Polar and our customers is essential if we are to continue to provide signal-integrity systems which help our customers to support faster PCB performance and improve manufacturing yields.”
