CREDITON, DEVON, UK -- Printed circuit board manufacturer Graphic plc has acquired Printca Denmark for an undisclosed sum.

Graphic said the move will broaden its PCB sales into the aerospace end-market.

In a statement, Graphic executive chairman Rex Rozario said, "Graphic and Printca have the same business ethics and a customer-driven perspective. With their highly specialized space approvals we will have a full range product programme that can support even the most extreme needs in our customer base.

Printca Denmark has 46 employees at its site in Aalborg, Denmark, which will be added to Graphic's 600-plus workforce. Graphic's revenues topped $45 million last year, according to the company. Graphic has plants in the UK and China.
