FREUDENSTADT, GERMANY – PCB process equipment OEM Robert Bürkle reported it is well on its way to achieving its sales goals for the year.

The firm's sales target for 2012 is 94 million euro, of which  about 88% has been booked, although Bürkle expects other short-term orders.

Sixty-five percent of 2012 sales will be attributed to the surface business unit comprising the wood-based panel, glass, automotive, and graphical industry; 19% (17.9 million euro) will be obtained by the printed circuit board and plastic card division, its second largest sector.

Bürkle designs and builds wet processing equipment for PCB fabrication, among other applications.
