LONDONDERRY, NH -- Vulcan Flex Circuit has entered into an agreement to acquire printed circuit board test specialist JETI Testing.
Terms were not disclosed.
Nashua, NH-based JETI is offers electrical testing of PCB and flexible printed circuits. The company will be integrated into Vulcan.
"The addition of JETI to our existing electrical test resources will provide us with expanded capacity and capabilities in line with our strategic growth plans," said Michael Quick, CEO of Vulcan Electric, Vulcan Flex Circuits' parent company.
"We will integrate JETI into our existing testing department, allowing us to continue offering the superior service commitment that JETI is known for, as well as an expanded service offering that includes cable harness and assembly testing and Polar impedance testing," said Al Wasserzug, director of corporate development.
JETI uses ATG and TTI flying probe and grid testers, and is fully certified to DSCC (DLA) and CCR requirements.
