KUNSHAN, CHINA -- Nan Ya Printed Circuit Board sustained a fire at its massive campus here on Saturday, but put it out with no major damage, the company said.

The fire, which occurred early last Saturday, was quickly put out, the firm said, according to DigiTimes. Damage is under evaluation but no material impact on production is expected.

Almost a year ago to the day, a fire Nan Ya's plastics plant in Taipei destroyed nearly 30% of the company's production. Nan Ya is the world's seventh largest PCB fabricator, according to the annual NTI 100.

Rival Foxconn also has sustained a pair of fires this year at its China plants, and Unimicron also suffered one earlier this month.
