ORLEANS, FRANCE -- A local court this week approved Elvia PCB's acquisition of CIRE Group, which had been in receivership since last year.

The combined company would have overall sales of about $108 million and 750 employees.

Elvia, which already has two plants in France and one in Tunisia, will gain six additional facilities in France through the acquisition.

Elvia makes rigid, flex and microwave printed circuit boards.
