ANAHEIM, CA -- Printed circuit board fabricator DDi today named Wayne Slomsky interim chief financial officer, replacing Mike Dodson, who is resigning to take a similar position at Mattson Technology.

Slomsky is also DDi’s vice president and chief accounting officer. He has 10 years of experience in financial management with publicly traded companies and 10 years as an auditor and manager with national independent accounting firms.

Dodson's resignation is effective Oct. 4. He has been with DDi since January 2010. Mattson is a manufacturer of semiconductor fabrication process equipment.
