ANAHEIM – M-Flex cut its third-quarter sales outlook to about $191 million, as a result of the loss of demand from a major customer.
The printed circuit board manufacturer in May predicted $200 million to $220 million for the period.
Gross margins are expected to be about 12%, within the company's previous estimate of 12% to 13%.
On average, analysts expect the firm to report sales of $210 million, according to published reports.
In a press release, CEO Reza Meshgin cited “a reduction in demand from one key customer in the latter part of June.” The company did not disclose the customer, but some reports suggested it was Research In Motion.
