OSAKA, JAPAN – Panasonic Electronic Devices will license ALIVH multilayer resin board technology to printed circuit board manufacturer AT&S Austria.

ALIVH multilayer resin board technology enables an IVH structure in all layers to make PCBs suitable for high-density and multilayer applications.

The companies plan to develop next-generation circuit board technology to accelerate business expansion in mobile devices, such as smartphones.
