MILWAUKEE — RBP Chemical Technology has named Ernest Litynski vice president of operations of its manufacturing facility here.

Litynski was VP of operations and corporate director of quality and compliance at Master Lock. He holds a master's of science in engineering management and an MBA from Marquette, and is a Lean Six Sigma Certified Black Belt. He is a graduate of the US Military Academy at West Point.
