WALLINGFORD, CT – Amphenol Corp. reported fourth-quarter 2010 sales of $949.9 million, up 25.3% year-over-year.
Sales exceeded the firm’s high-end guidance, and the increase was led by strong demand in industrial, mobile devices and military/aerospace.
Sales for full-year 2010 were $3.55 billion, up 26% year-over-year.
The firm expects first-quarter 2011 revenues in the range of $925 million to $940 million, in line with traditional seasonality. For full-year 2011, Amphenol expects revenues $3.89 billion to $3.96 billion, up 9% to 11% over 2010.
Amphenol produces electronic and fiber optic connectors, cable and interconnect systems.
