ASHLAND, OH -- A fire broke out last night at Philway Products, a printed circuit board fabricator here. No injuries were reported but the building sustained severe damage in places, according to reports.
As of late last night, the fire was still going and the roof had collapsed in one section, the local Times-Gazette reported. Local fire officials indicated smoke damage was likely throughout the building.
No cause of the fire had been determined.
The company, which employs 40 workers, was reportedly closed for the night when the fire broke out.
Philway was founded in 1950 as a specialty plating company, then later began building PCBs.
