TOYKO -- The global printed circuit board market will rise 35% to $62 billion by 2015, according to a new research report.
The PCB rebounded in 2010, growing 10% year-over-year to $46 billion, JMS said. That reversed a drop to $42 billion in 2009.
The research firm said global PCB sales last year grew about 15% for telecommunications, automotive and IC packages. Those markets will grow 7% on average through the forecast period, JMS said.
JMS's report will be released Jan. 31.
