CHIAYI, TAIWAN -- Lin Horn Technology will shift printed circuit board production to six- and eight-layer boards and reduce its single-sided to four-layer capacity, the company said.

About 40% of the firm's boards are for the consumer electronics market, while network and communications, computer peripherals, and graphics cards account for 15% apiece, and automotive 10%.

China and Taiwan make up half the company's sales, with the US 20%, according to the company.
