DALLAS -- Transcend Technologies and One Source Group have entered a strategic partnership that extends both firms' product and service offerings.

The deal, which was signed in late June, gives Transcend and One Source a broader range of capabilities, customers, and service offerings and rounds out Transcend's test cell hardware offering with full turnkey PCB capabilities. In turn, One Source gains access to Transcend's worldwide network of sales and service support.

The business unit will be called Transcend PCB Technologies.

One Source, a printed circuit board fabrication and assembly company, also will perform burn-in tests for Transcend. No financial terms were disclosed.
