PLYMOUTH, MN -- Innovex has promoted chief financial officer Randy Acres to president and chief executive.

The previous president and CEO, Terry Dauenhauer, resigned Oct. 12.

Acres has been senior vice president and chief financial officer at the The printed circuit board fabricator for nearly two years, and will remain CFO.

“Randy has been integrally involved in the restructuring efforts with customers, suppliers and banking partners and is well positioned to continue leading the company through this process,” said John Clark, Innovex's chairman, in a statement.
