HONG KONG – Nitar Tech Corp. has completed its acquisition of Winscon Electronics Co.

Nitar Executives closed the definitive agreement on Aug. 18, whereby the firm acquired a 49% share interest in Winscon from Liconix Industries.
 
Hong Kong’s Winscon specializes in the design and manufacture of flexible printed circuits for computers and communications applications.
