NORTHFIELD, MN -- PWB fabricator All Flex announced a series of capital improvements and substantial facility upgrades.

The company is investing an undisclosed amount to upgrade and expand its wet process and imaging processes. The facility upgrades are expected to be completed by the end of March.

Additional cleanroom space will be installed and the facility footprint will be modified to accommodate future expansion.

The moves are driven by growing demand for heaters, which All Flex has been building since 2008, and the improving military and medical markets.

“The addition of capacity for our flexible heater products will also allow us to implement facility improvements for flexible circuitry fabrication," said Dave Becker, sales manager. "We are taking advantage of this capital investment to prepare for growth we expect in 2010 with military and medical flexible circuits."
