TOKYO -- Ibiden, the world's largest PWB fabricator, reportedly will invest 20 to 30 billion yen ($225 million to $337 million) to build a substrate manufacturing plant for next-generation IC packaging.

The site's location will be determined by June 2010, DKN Research is reporting.
