PLYMOUTH, MN – On Monday, Terry Dauenhauer resigned as president and CEO of Innovex.

John Clark, chairman and a director of the company, has been appointed interim CEO, effective immediately.

Innovex is a manufacturer of high-density flexible circuit-based electronic interconnect solutions.
