TAIPEI – Nan Ya reported September sales increased 3.16% sequentially to NT$2.7 billion (US$83 million).

Shipments of HDI boards and FC CSP substrates used in handsets jumped for the month. Current order visibility is at one month.

Sales for the fourth-quarter are forecast to drop as customer demand for new products remains cautious.
