ENDICOTT, NY – Endicott Interconnect has named alpha-board GmbH as its representative in Germany.

Based in Berlin, alpha-board will oversee sales and marketing of Endicott’s microelectronic packaging products, with emphasis on system-in-package (SiP) solutions.
