FRASER, MI and SACRAMENTO, CA – K & F Electronics has purchased Ultima Circuits for an undisclosed sum.
 
The Michigan-based company will assume Ultima’s customer base; Brad Gerdes, co-owner of Ultima, has signed a long-term contract to assist with the transition. Other terms of the deal were not made available.
 
K & F manufactures single-sided, double-sided and multilayer circuit boards for industries including medical, homeland security and firefighting. It currently employes 25 workers but plans to increase its workforce once the market improves.
