SAN JOSE –Sanmina-SCI said in an SEC filing today that CFO David L. White has resigned. No reason for his resignation was given.

His last day of work has yet to be determined. White will help with the transition for no more than 30 days, the firm said in its filing.

Sanmina stated his resignation “was not due to any disagreement with the company on any matter relating to the company’s operations, policies or practices,” according to published reports.

He is the second high-ranking Sanmina executive to leave in the past few months. In October, president and COO Joe Bronson resigned without disclosing a reason.

White joined the company in July 2004.
