BEAVERTON and FOREST GROVE, OR – It is reported that Merix Corp. is eliminating the weekend shift at its Forest Grove plant.
 
According to Teri Koerner, executive director of the Forest Grove Chamber of Commerce, Merix will undergo restructuring after the weekend layoffs. The exact number of employees affected is not known, and Merix representatives could not be reached for comment.
