BROOKLYN, NY – IEH Corporation reported a record order backlog exceeding $23 million as rising demand for defense systems increases orders for its Hyperboloid connectors and interconnect assemblies.

The company said its backlog has more than doubled over the past 12 months and climbed nearly 30% during the first two months of the year. The growing order pipeline is expected to convert into revenue over the next 12 to 18 months.

IEH’s connectors are used in a range of defense platforms including missile systems, radar equipment and precision-guided munitions. Programs incorporating the company’s technology include PATRIOT, AMRAAM, THAAD, APKWS and MARK-48.

The surge reflects increased deployment of air defense and precision-guided weapons systems as the United States and allied nations prioritize equipment replenishment and modernization. IEH said it expects demand to remain strong as these programs expand.
