SANTA ANA, CA – TTM Technologies announced the appointment of Dr. Edwin Roks as its next chief executive officer and class II director, effective September 2, succeeding Tom Edman. Dr. Roks will serve the remainder of the current class II term, expiring at the company’s 2026 annual meeting of stockholders.

Roks, the former CEO of Teledyne Technologies, brings decades of leadership in the aerospace, defense and industrial electronics industries. At Teledyne, he drove growth in digital imaging, advanced technology across business units and oversaw the integration of the company’s largest acquisitions.

Outgoing CEO Tom Edman, who has led TTM since 2014, praised Roks as the right leader to continue the company’s trajectory, emphasizing his global experience, operational excellence and alignment with TTM’s long-term goals.
