TAIPEI – Taiwanese PCB fabricator Yaohua has announced plans to establish a subsidiary in Thailand with a total investment of 1 billion baht ($29.6 million).

The company also released its quarterly financial report, showing that the company's first-quarter revenue of 3.46 billion yuan was down 8.7% from the same quarter last year. That was the largest single-quarter loss in six quarters, but Yaohua said it believes that operations in the second quarter of 2023 will improve.
