TEWKESBURY, UK – Trackwise Designs reported first half revenue of GBP3.8 million, down 7.3% from a year ago.

The printed circuit board fabricator's pretax loss increased to 2.1 million pounds ($2.3 million), compared with GBP611,000 last year, on higher one-time charges.

Trackwise took one-time charges of GBP2 million in the period.

Trackwise said it will need additional funding due to lower-than-expected production volumes from an undisclosed customer. It is reviewing its options, including longer-term strategic investment partnerships.
