FONTENAY-AUX-ROSES, FRANCE-- Icape Group has acquired Møn Print, a Danish printed circuit board fabricator.

Icape paid €700,000 ($700,000) for Møn Print, subject to additional payments depending on the company's 2022 and 2023 results.

Møn Print has annual net sales of DKK9.4 million ($1.26 million) and EBIT of DKK700,000. Icape expects Møn Print annual sales to grow by slightly more than 10% and its EBIT margin to significantly improve this year.

Icape Denmark will continue to operate from the Møn Print facility in Stege with its current team.

Founded in 1965, Møn Print has some 200 customers and a network of 13 factories.
