WESTPORT, CT – Advanced Circuits reported second quarter net sales were $22.5 million, a decrease of 2.1% year-over-year.

The segment’s adjusted EBITDA for the period ended June 30 was $7.1 million, down 1.5% compared to the same quarter of 2020.

For the six months ended June 30, Advanced Circuits net sales were $44 million, down 1.4% year-over-year. Adjusted EBITDA was $13.4 million, a decrease of 3.4% compared to the same period last year.
